With a population of over 540,000, Gothenburg is the second largest city in Sweden, and is located along Sweden’s West coast, near Kattegat. Gothenburg is also known for its many museums such as the Gothenburg Museum of Art and the Museum of World Culture. Other popular tourist attractions include the annual Gothenburg Film Festival, the Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra and the many colourful street fairs and markets.
