Windhoek is the biggest city in Namibia and the capital of the country. It has an estimated population of around 325,000 people. The unemployment rate in Namibia decreases between 2014 and 2013. During this period it went for 29.6 percent to 28.1 percent. Between 1997 and 2014 the average rate was 26.3 percent. During this time Namibia experience both their record high unemployment in 2005 (37.6%) and record low in 1997 (19.5%).
