Windhoek is the biggest city in Namibia and the capital of the country. It has an estimated population of around 325,000 people. The unemployment rate in Namibia decreases between 2014 and 2013. There are four teacher training universities, three colleges of agriculture, a police training college, a Polytechnic at university level, and a National University. While the polytechnic admits students with a qualifying Grade 12 Certificate, the National University is more restrictive.
