George Town, a city on Grand Cayman Island of the Cayman Islands, has an average population of roughly 28,800 spread across 11 square miles of land. Regarding laws, rules and regulations, it is compulsory for students aged 4 years and 9 months to attend school (whether it is private, public or home school) up until the age of 17.
