Nairobi is the capital city of Kenya. It enrols around 84,000 students a year and provides a large number of programs and degrees in medicine, engineering, law and more. Other universities include Catholic University of Eastern Africa, KCA University and Kenyatta University. The two official languages of Kenya are English and Swahili. English is spoken by the vast majority in large cities and those connected with tourism or are educated. The unemployment rate of Kenya lies at around 21%. The rate of unemployment in Nairobi is slightly lower at a rate of 18.5%.
