PRINCE2 Agile® Practitioner has been developed as a single-tier certification to allow those who already have an existing project management knowledge to learn how Agile can be incorporated into their projects.

By combining the methods of PRINCE2® and Agile, the certification aims to provide individuals with a framework for their projects that is precise and controllable, whilst still being quick to adapt to sudden changes. By completion, delegates will be able to apply PRINCE2 Agile® to specific scenarios but may not be able to tailor it to their own projects, as this skill will be dependent on the individual’s expertise.
