AWS Lambda Training Course Overview

AWS Lambda is a compute service that runs code without provisioning or managing servers. When required, AWS Lambda can execute code and scales automatically, from a few requests per day to thousands per second. By using AWS Lambda, delegates can run code virtually for any application or backend service. It can run code on high-availability compute infrastructure and perform all the compute resources administration, comprising server and OS maintenance.

In this course, delegates will learn about Lambda permission, managing functions, and invoking functions. They will learn about the AWS Lambda Environment and AWS Lambda Application. In this course, they will learn how to create and manage an application. Delegates will gain an understanding of application load balancer, Alexa, Amazon API Gateway, AWS CloudTrails, CloudWatch Events, CloudWatch Logs, CloudFormation, and CodeCommit. They will learn how to build the Lambda function with Java. This course explains how to monitor and troubleshoot lambda applications. Delegates will learn about security in AWS Lambda.

Higher education remains exclusive in Hong Kong and adult education is a growing sector in Hong Kong, with two non-profit school running evening courses. The University of Hong Kong was founded in 1911 and is the oldest tertiary (higher education) institution in Hong Kong and is organised into 10 academic faculties with English as the main language of instruction. The Education Bureau in Hong Kong also provides educational services for immigrant children from mainland China and other countries. Hong Kong also has 175 internal schools.
