Accra is the capital city of Ghana and is the biggest city in the country. It has an estimated population of 2.2 million people. The official language of Ghana is English. This is the oldest university in the country as well as being the largest with 40,000 pupils enrolled here. The original emphasis was on liberal arts and science but this has since been revised to include more technological subjects.
