Some topics felt rushed because the whole group wasn't on entry level and we had decent knowledge already, nevertheless when we needed a stop and had further questions, the topic was discussed in details. Rob has great teaching skills and approach. The breaks were just in time and at exact points where refreshment was needed. Too bad we had no opportunity to do labs because your IT department failed to provision it until Wednesday. The last day with Samir felt like going back to school, he was asking basic questions like if we know what's floppy disk, had very slow pace and no energy. I understand that stepping-in is not easy, but I believe that Samir should work on his teaching skills before taking a group to train. If the whole week was with Samir, I would grade him no more than 2. This score is for 4 days with Rob.
