Brasilia is situated within the highlands of Brazil in the central region. The city is the capital seat of the federal government. Brasilia is the fourth biggest population city in Brazil with a population of around 2,500,000 inhabitants. The city has its now airport providing major transport links for international destinations. Escola Americana de Brasília is an international school providing U.S and Brazilian curriculum using American teachings. There are around 600 students who attend the school from ages 4 – 19 years.Brasilia has a few main university institutions including, Universidade de Brasília, Universidade Católica de Brasília and Centro Universitário de Brasília. The University of Brasília is a public university with over 30,000 students (undergraduates and postgraduates).
