Implementing a Hybrid and Secure Messaging Platform (MS201)​ Course Overview

In this course, delegates will learn how to provide a hybrid environment for your exchange company and how to migrate mailboxes to exchange online. Delegates will begin by examining the options available for migrating mailboxes and then focus on planning a hybrid deployment. In this course, they will also learn how to implement a hybrid deployment and fix bugs.

In this 4- day course, delegates will learn about the different security and compliance service configurations and settings with exchange server and exchange online. They examine the basics of messaging with exchange online protection and exchange advanced threat protection, and exchange connection and spam filtering. It also introduces messaging compliance solutions such as retention and data loss prevention policies, audit logs, and eDiscovery search mechanisms from the messaging compliance perspective. Delegates will learn to plan a suitable deployment and complete the basic implementation process for each solution. At the end of this course, delegates will learn how to manage permissions assigned to user and administrator roles.
