Certification Authority - Select “AXELOS Global Best Practice”. If you are re-registering you should also use the phrase “Registered M_o_R®”.
License Number - fill your number in with the information from your certificate
Certification URL - link to The Knowledge Academy’s M_o_R® Course URL - https://www.theknowledgeacademy.com/courses/mor-training/
Dates - Select the date that you qualified and tick the “this certificate does not expire” box
