All of our instructors are fully accredited and have over ten years of experience.

What does The Knowledge Academy provide me with on the course?

4 days of classroom-based training, a course manual, an experienced instructor, refreshments and a certificate.

What are the prerequisites?

There are no prerequisites, but we recommend having a good knowledge of computers and Windows-based systems.

Does the course include exams?

No, you will need to book your exam separately through Pearson Vue here: http://pearsonvue.com/comptia/ if you book our A+ and Network courses together, we will provide a free CompTIA A+ exam voucher.

What time shall I arrive at the venue?

Please arrive at the venue for 08:45am.

How long until I receive course confirmation details?

You will receive confirmation details as soon as your place has been booked and confirmed.

What exams do I need to take?

CompTIA A+ 220-801 and CompTIA A+ 220-802

What is the exam format?

CompTIA A+ 220-801 is 90 minutes, multiple choice and has a pass mark of 675/900. CompTIA A+ 220-802 is 90 minutes, multiple choice and has a pass mark of 700/900.
