Screen freeze is a result of disconnect between your machine and the learning management system. A few common causes would be:-
1. Internet bandwidth/fluctuation

3. Security Firewall, or

Sometimes it could be a simple browser cache issue. Open the module that's giving the issue, FORCE REFRESH (Ctrl + F5 in Windows and Command R in Mac). When the browser prompts to open from where it left last, select NO, and play the course again from start.

Each user can register and use up to three computers (desktop, laptop and tablet), but cannot run the course on two systems simultaneously. The Learning Management System (LMS) identifies and records the MAC address of your machine.
The online training platform and courses can be accessed on Tablet PCs support IOS, Android and Windows operating systems which will allow you to study on the move as long as you internet access on your device.

The online training programme provides you mock or exam simulators which has a reservoir of questions which you could attempt unlimited number of times to perfect yourself. Some of these exams are timed and scored as a part of practice for the final certification exam.
Once you complete all the modules, module level assessments, mock exam and exam simulator (minimum three for PMP),let us know by emailing [email protected].
We will use your activity log to review performance and if you have completed all the points mentioned above, you will mailed the certificate of completion.

When you take your exam remotely through BCS or APMG , you recieve a provisional result as soon as you complete your exams. It takes up to 15 business working days for you to recieve the certificate from BCS.
Exams on ProctorU are conducted and monitored directly by ProctorU and your accrediting organisation.
