OBASHI® Foundation is a two day course, with the exam completed at the end of second day. Below is the daily structure of the topics that will be covered during the course.
Please note that homework will be set and is expected to take at least 2 hours to complete. There will also be some pre-course study material set to all delegates
Every Delegate shall receive the Official OBASHI® Methodology Manual, prior to the course commencing.

OBASHI® Foundation is for those in a managerial position seeking to design, monitor, and optimise their business. This may include Project Managers, IT Managers, Portfolio Managers, Programme Managers, Service Providers, Enterprise Architects, Business Leaders, etc.
There are no formal prerequisites for this course.
The OBASHI® Foundation exam can be attempted once the accredited course has been completed. The Foundation exam will
