MoP Courses

MoP® Foundation

The MoP® Foundation certification runs over three days and supplies delegates with an overview of Portfolio Management. In addition to providing a basic understanding of what Portfolio Management entails, information will be conveyed which describes practice methods, approaches, and strategic change principles. Delegates will be trained in how to deliver successful, cost-effective and high-quality programmes and projects by ensuring effectual communication. This course is intensive in nature and so it is required for delegates to undertake around fifteen hours of pre-course reading and a minimum of two hours evening work each day, which will be assigned by the expert trainer.

MoP® Practitioner

This two-day course is a step up from the MoP® Foundation course, providing delegates with the ability to analyse portfolio documentation and data, advise on the implementation of best practice techniques, and apply the methodology to business portfolios. It is necessary for delegates to have attended the MoP® Foundation course and passed the associated exam in order to take the MoP® Practitioner course. Much like the Foundation training course, the MoP® Practitioner course requires delegates to undertake around fifteen hours of pre-course reading and a minimum of two hours evening work each day, assigned by the instructor.

MoP® Foundation and Practitioner

This five-day training course combines both the MoP® Foundation and MoP® Practitioner courses to provide delegates with an all-encompassing knowledge of Portfolio Management. The Foundation segment touches on the basic knowledge and theory of MoP® and how it is used within a business, whereas the Practitioner will equip delegates with the knowledge to apply the MoP® methodology to a real scenario. There are no prerequisites for this training course but there is pre-course reading and some evening work that will help support your learning.
