M_o_R® Methodology

The M_o_R® framework is made up of four element: Principles, Approach, Processes, and Embedding and Reviewing.

 

Principles

This stage ensures that the candidate knows the facts, terms and concepts which form the foundation of the M_o_R® principles. This stage also incorporates the understanding of the principles, how they are used, and the fundamental mechanisms that are in place to support them. 

 

Approach

Within this stage, the nine M_o_R® approach documents, how they relate to the principles, and how they are applied to the organisation are covered. This phase enables the candidate to discover what each of the nine M_o_R® approach documents are and why it is so important that they are in place.

 

Processes

This stage focuses on the how the M_o_R® process is used to identify, assess, and control risk, in order to stage within the goals of the organisation. This stage informs the user of the process that will have to be completed in order to discover and control risk.

 

Embedding and Reviewing

This final stage targets the implementation of the M_o_R® framework into an organisation. This stage will also outline the need for implementing risk management into existing processes and specifically identifying how this can be applied to individual businesses.
