What is PRINCE2?
PRINCE, otherwise known as (Projects INControlled Environments) is a structured and effective method of project management. Launched in the UK in 1996, the PRINCE2 method was actually established in 1989 by the Office of Government commerce. At this stage it was revised in consultation with users and experts in the field of project management to become the PRINCE2 that we use today.
Since its launch PRINCE2 has gone from strength to strength gaining popularity along the way. It has become the project management method of choice for many organizations and individuals seeking this kind of service both in the UK and internationally.
