Managing Successful Programmes is the de facto standard developed by the UK government for delivering transformation programmes in the UK. This course covers the latest version released in September 2007 and is designed for individuals who have undertaken the 3 day Foundation Course and passed the examination, and now wish to move on to the higher examination level available.
Pre-requisites
Previous experience of a programme management environment and completion of the MSP Foundation Course.
