ELCAS Grant Funding for The Knowledge Academy Courses

The Enhanced Learning Credits scheme is aimed to provide higher education to those in the armed forces. Participants may recieve up to 80% funding after working for at least four years in the service.

The Process to Secure ELCAS Funding:

• The learner identifies a course of their choice with an ELCAS approved Learning Provider
• The learner then complete an ELC claim form (form 005.01)
• The learner submits the claim form to Commanding Officer and Education Staff for approval
• The claim form is sent to ELCAS or to an Authorised education officer for processing
• ELCAS or education officer process and approve the claim form, then send a CLAIM AUTHORISATION NOTE
• The learner then books course with the Learning Provider and pays 20% of the course fee and passes the CLAIM AUTHORISATION NOTE to the Learning Provider to proceed
