Temple Quay is Bristol's premier office development, adjacent to the historic floating harbour and the commonwealth museam. Regarded as the communication hub of the city, it is set within a high profile corporate office development housing FTSE listed corporate companies such as Norwich Union and Natwest, as well as government agencies such as the Planning Inspectorate and DEFRA.

This modern contemporary building, which boasts features such as full room height windows on the ground floor, raised ceilings and suspended floors enjoys good transport links, with Temple Meads Intercity Railway station adjacent to the centre, which provides rail access to the whole of the UK, and also operates a bus shuttle service to Bristol Airport. The centre also fronts Temple Way, the City's inner ring road, and provides direct access to the motorway network.

Temple Quay is close to Bristol City Centre, which offers a range of ancillary, retail, leisure and hotel facilities. Cribbs Causeway, Bristol's out of town shopping mall and retail park is also close by, accessible via the M32.

By Road:

FROM THE M4

• Exit junction 19 onto the M32
  
• At the end of the M32, take the left-hand lane and turn left onto the inner ring road
  
• Drive through the underpass then take the first exit at the main Temple Circus roundabout into Temple Quay
  
• Take the first left at the small roundabout and Regus is in front of you.

• Follow the A38 towards Bristol, approximately 20 minutes' drive
• Follow signs for Temple Meads Station.

• Exit Temple Meads Station and turn right onto pedestrian link to Temple Quay
• Ferries and buses link other parts of the city to Temple Meads.
